The story of CHIEF was initiated and led by Mr. Chau Chung Kai in 1979.。
Mr. Chau founded CHIEF with the determination to leverage sincerity, integrity, and pragmatism as the business principles. Until today, Mr. Chau insists that doing business is not to make the most money, but to be fair to clients. In the past 40 years persistence, CHIEF has won the trust and support of the client and lay the cornerstones for its long-term development.
We are proactive to take social responsibility and help people in need. Apart from sponsoring many charity activities, we also encourage our staff to be volunteers and make contributions to society.
True to the charitable spirit, our Volunteer Team contribute and support various types of voluntary works for many years. Such as visiting elderly, giving food to low-income families, helping newly-migrated kids as well as joining The Community Chest Walk for Millions, organic farm volunteer service and visiting rehabilitation center, and so on.

CHIEF set up its first branch in 2002 and has continued to expand the network to more than 15 branches during its peak. Starting from 2016, all branches are gradually upgraded to Investment and Wealth Management Centers. Our Central branch is upgraded to Chief Privilege Centre to provide 5-star service experience to our clients.
CHIEF has been advancing with the times and development of various trading platforms. With the latest technology and intensive branch network, you can break through the geographical and timely boundaries and conduct real-time transactions through different channels to capture every investment opportunity.
We launched Internet Stock Trading Service in 2001 and became one of the first securities firms to roll out a mobile APP with a trading feature in 2010. In the following year, our APP "ChiefMT" was honored as the top 50 iPhone APPs that help get rich via stock investment.
In 2013, the second version of the online trading system-"TOP" and the platform for trading global futures and stock options - "SPEED" were launched. In 2018, the fund trading online platform was also launched , and the mobile APP was renamed to "Top Trader".
